Our DPA is available to all paying customers. It supplements our Terms of Service and covers GDPR / UK GDPR processing requirements, sub-processors, and data subject rights.

A note on roles. For customer content you ingest, SocialCX acts as a processor and you act as the controller. For account and billing data, we act as the controller. Full detail is in the DPA itself.
