Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 April 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a SocialCX account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using SocialCX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

SocialCX provides a hosted social listening and analytics platform. We may modify, add, or remove features at our discretion; we will not materially degrade the service for paid customers without reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SocialCX to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, ingest content you do not have rights to monitor, attempt to interfere with the service, or resell access without our written consent.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the keywords, sources, and notes you create. You grant SocialCX a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing for new billing periods with at least 30 days notice.

7. Trial

The 14-day free trial starts when you create your workspace. You may cancel at any time during the trial; your workspace will continue in a free, restricted state.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days notice and an opportunity to cure. We may suspend access immediately for security or legal risk.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SocialCX is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
